Many people, like my wife and daughter do not wish to go through their life blemished by permanent scars and stretch marks. In fact most of the conversations in our household these days are based around getting rid of stretch marks. It would be so much simpler if women could understand that when we love them, a stretch mark or marks, makes little or no difference to us.

As you know I am a keen golfer, so I have a little lighthearted snippet for you before we go on to look at some natural products for getting rid of stretch marks. Henry Cotton was a golf ace that ended a long run of American victories in the open in 1934. It was a celebrated round of sixty-five which led to the Dunlop 65 ball being named after this feat. Many years ago some Japanese visitors at Henry’s shop bought the entire stock of cotton shirts because they assumed the shirts were named after him.

The majority, (back on the subject of stretch marks again) don’t want to summit to surgery for getting rid of stretch marks and many look for a home remedy and Vitamin E is a good example. In fact there are many that will testify that this is one of the best natural products for skin care, dry skin and for getting rid of stretch marks during pregnancy.

The easiest way is to shop for some Vitamin E capsules, prick them with a pin and apply the oil for skin regeneration. Alpha tocopherol is the active substance in Vitamin E. It is an antioxidant and an excellent skin care product, which improves skin elasticity and promotes the growth of cells to replace the stretch mark scars. Using this oil helps prevent stretch marks during pregnancy.

A combination of Aloe Vera and Vitamin E oil may be used for getting rid of stretch marks and the addition of olive oil allows for an easier and smoother application. It is possible to buy, this combination in a ready-made stretch mark cream to prevent and aid in getting rid of stretch marks.

For those of you out there who buy leave shine for their household plants you might like to try a more natural approach for these. I mix up the contents of one vitamin E capsule and some olive oil and sparingly wipe them with this. I will return later with more on getting rid of stretch marks.
