This is the second part of reduce stretch marks. In the first one I gave most of my attention to the stretch mark itself, how it forms, what it looks like and the number of people who suffer from stretch marks and at the very end I promised that this article would tell you about Aloe Vera and how it can reduce stretch marks.

Just a quick reminder what stretch marks are, they are the result of the skin stretching and loosing its elastic effect due to damage in the middle or dermal layer of the skin. This usually happens during pregnancy but there are other causes and a vast number of individuals of both sex are affected. This is why you should ask yourself how to prevent stretch marks because removing them is harder.

Then before proceeding further I ought to say that Aloe Vera is not the only way to reduce stretch marks. Stretch mark reducing and removal is possible by laser treatment, stretch mark cream and other skin care products.
