This article pertains to a stretch marks prevention cream. Looking back over the weeks and past articles we have covered many skin care creams for stretch mark reduction. It appears that many women prefer to try to prevent stretch marks rather than have to face the prospect of stretch mark removal at a later date.
These days fashion dictates that more and more skin be revealed, and as most women like to stay in tune with current trends and wear the “in clothes”, it can be extremely embarrassing for them if they have stretch mark scars.
Even maternity wear is not at all what they used to be. In the past women wore either a skirt or trousers, which was adjustable with a smock over the top or a dress in the style of a smock. The idea being to cover the “bump” Well this is not the case anymore, maternity clothes these days don’t consider loose clothes at all. How often I have seen a pair of low rise stretch leggings, with a crop top and the “bump” proudly distended in the middle.
Only last week my daughter went shopping for maternity clothes for her self, but being a little older and because she has scars from her previous pregnancy, she choose some loose shirts to wear over the ever famous stretch leggings. This is one of the reasons it is so important for her to prevent stretch marks during this pregnancy.
I have told you before that she has started using a stretch mark prevention cream; well actually the reviews say this one is effective in prevention, reduction and removal of stretch marks. That’s why we like to say that this is the best stretch mark cream. She is impressed with its creamy feel and how quickly it melts into her skin, and I guess you know by now that the skin cream I am talking about is Trilastin SR.
The last couple of articles have been looking at ingredients in this skin cream for stretch marks and we have reviewed coenzyme Q10 and Macadamia Ternifolia seed oil, both of these are individually excellent to prevent and remove stretch marks, yet here we find them combined. Another of the ingredients in Trilastin is Hydrolyzed collagen.
Hydrolyzed collagen (gelatin) is another must have in a stretch marks prevention cream. Collagen is the main structural protein that builds connective tissues in the skin and the rest of the body, hydrolyzed is a modified type of this protein that is absorbed into the skin.

I have to research scar and stretch mark cream and I will tell you why in a second. A high percentage of women are affected by different scars especially after pregnancy. Stretch marks are basically dermal scar tissue. When your skin is stretched to the extreme it tears the dermis, which is the middle layer of skin, the elastin fibers stretch and there is a loss of collagen in this area, which leaves scars and stretch marks. This is why my wife and daughter have talked me into this research.
Stretch mark scarring varies in color, from a pale pink to a deep purple. As time passes, normally a number of years, scaring fades to a silvery white color. There are many skin care products on the market but not all of these reach the dermal layer of the skin.
If you regularly read my articles you will know that my daughter and one of her friend have decided to try out one of the top natural skin care creams for scars. So far they are impressed with how quickly the cream dissolves into the skin and how little they have to use. My daughter has several other friends who have ordered it too over the Internet.
Not a bad start for the first week and the reviews have instilled a good deal of optimism in her that she will be able to prevent stretch marks forming in this pregnancy. She hopes that this stretch mark prevention cream will be useful also for old scar removal. Most of you will be aware that I am talking about Trilastin SR, but I though I ought just mention this here.
In my last article I told you of the value of coenzyme Q10 and how this is one of the ingredients in this cream. I would now like to introduce you to another ingredient, namely Macadamia Ternifolia seed oil. This oil is acquired by cold pressing the seeds from the Macadamia Ternifolia tree. Afterwards the oil is processed to remove odour and lighten the color. This oil is extremely emollient and penetrates deep in the skin and is useful for dry skin and scarring. It is ideal massage oil when used on its own but also invaluable when combined with other excellent ingredients.
It really is becoming clear why Trilastin SR is able to boast that it is effective against all types of scarring including surgical scars and stretch marks. I believe I just might have found an excellent scar and stretch mark cream for my daughter to use.

This article is about the natural stretch mark cream Trilastin but first I am bursting to tell you about the latest antics of Mr. Posh our next-door neighbor. You remember the neighbors that don’t have dust and probably not a sign of stretch marks but do have a stretch limo that doesn’t fit in the garage, a posh dog that the neighborhood top cat chases and the very latest electric golf trolley, that is in the past tense, as he no longer has a golf trolley.
For some reason, he arrived at the golf course with this brand spanking new golf trolley, that without a moments notice developed a mind of its own and took off over the hedge and into the duck pond the other side of the golf course. I haven’t seen Mr. Posh since then either.
Now I was going to talk to you some more about a stretch mark cream. As you know my daughter and her friend have started using it recently as they hope that it will prevent stretch marks during pregnancy and remove ones from previous pregnancies.
Stretch marks form when skin is stretched over a period of time as in pregnancy. This causes the tissue to lose its elastic nature. As scars are found in the middle layer of the skin, there are very few skin care products which effective at this level. This is where Trilastin SR is different.
I have noticed that one of the ingredients in this product is Ubiquinone. This is more usually referred to as Co-enzyme Q10 and it is widely found in beauty and skin care products. It is a vitamin that is found in all human cells. Your body relies on it to produce energy in the cells. It is straightforward to see why this ingredient is so valuable for skin care when you consider that it is an essential antioxidant in both lipid membranes and mitochondria, where it protects the cells of the body against the damaging effects of free-radicals. Free radical cause cancer in case you didn’t know. This is very important ingredient in scar and stretch mark cream.
It is quite easy to conclude that this vitamin on its own in a skin care cream will be hugely beneficial to tend skin and prevent aging and dry skin as it keeps the skin healthy naturally. When applied topically it decreases the breakdown of collagen, and reduces inflammation. Additionally taking a supplement of Co-enzyme Q10 will supply your body with antioxidants to aid the skin to heal itself from inside out. I can see why this is a must for a good natural stretch mark cream.

In this article I will be telling you about a new stretch mark cream that I have discovered whilst my wife and daughter were shopping for maternity clothes this morning. Just in case you have the wrong idea I mean for my daughter, not my wife, heaven forbid. I really am to old to be going down that route again. No, my wife herself will just be shopping for some skin cream to help soothe her dry skin.
Before I talk further of stretch mark removal and this skin care product, I would like you to muse along with an old man. Well have you noticed how pregnancy and maternity wear has changed along with everything else considered as fashion? We don’t do this down at our golf club. I guess it had to happen but only last week, I saw a young lady walking down the road, with well, not my wife’s choice in maternity clothes. What ever happened to the old fashioned smock that hid the ever-growing bump?
With that out of the way and my wife and daughter happy in the lounge sorting out the mornings shop, I shall get back to the point, a cream to remove stretch marks. I do believe that I have mentioned Trilastin SR, in passing in some of my previous articles, but I would like to spend some more time on it, in this and following articles.
Trilastin SR is promoted as a cream to remove and prevent stretch marks, which have resulted from weight gain, bodybuilding, weight loss and pregnancy. Apparently it’s causing quite a stir and has even been mentioned on the Tyra Banks show.
The fundamental concept of this skin treatment is that it uses dynamic natural ingredients which work internally to restore the damaged elastin and collagen in the skin, which has led to the striae forming.
This stretch mark cream is twenty five percent more effective and faster at bringing results than the original formula and it uses the most progressive technologies in the industry. This cream is a compound of humectants, proteins, peptides and anti-oxidants, scientifically devised to give considerable reduction in the intensity and length of deep scars as well as the usual tint of white or pink linked with the scars of stretch marks. This stretch mark cream appears to not only help to prevent stretch marks but also has the essential proteins necessary to repair the existing marks.

Did you know that you can use cocoa butter to get rid of stretch marks? But first I really must share this with you. My day just gets better and no I probably won’t be going to heaven but the big cat I spoke of in one of my last articles, you remember the one that chased Mr and Mrs Posh next door dear little dog around the field after they had tried to set the dog onto the cat. Well the cat has taken an interest in their fishpond. He has shown total disregard for the line up of gnome sentries, plunged his two front legs in the water and emerged with a rather large gold fish which he has no intention of letting go despite Mr Posh running down the garden after him and using a not so posh choice of words. Humiliation twice in one day, I really don’t know.
OK enough of the fun, this article is supposed to be about stretch mark removal and cocoa and as always, I don’t need an excuse to side track and if I don’t finish this article today I will miss the sensation of feeling my legs being stretched on the golf course tomorrow.
Cocoa butter is helpful to prevent stretch marks. It is a natural edible vegetable fat, which comes from the cacao bean. It is extracted and one of its uses is to make toiletries. I must add hear that not all of you will appreciate its mild chocolate aroma. There are many proprietary creams for stretch marks that contain cocoa butter. It has a low melting point but remains solid at room temperature, so when applied to the skin it melts immediately into the stretch mark. It contains natural antioxidant and has a shelf life of between two and five years. Many people use this product to lessen the effects of stretch marks.
Another popular product to remove stretch marks and also used in a number of skin care cream is Shea butter. Shea nut butter is obtained from the Shea tree by boiling after it has been crushed; this like cocoa butter is also edible and widely thought to help prevent stretch marks forming when massaged into the skin. If you will read the next article you will see that you can also use egg whites to get rid of stretch marks.
If you like the idea of using cocoa butter to get rid of stretch marks, you might be interested in making your own natural beauty products from cocoa butter. To make a cleansing cream put two tablespoons of safflower margarine into a double boiler, add four tablespoons of cocoa butter, and two tablespoons Soya margarine. When blended, take from heat and whisk every now and then until cool. Add essential oils for perfume if required. It can be used as cleansing cream and conditioner for sun-dried hair. Apply to hair wrap in warm towel for two hours, then shampoo as normal. As you can see you can use cocoa butter to get rid of stretch marks and you can also use it in many other useful ways.

My daughter has been to our local natural health centre to see what she can do to get rid of stretch marks on thigh. This is her fourth pregnancy and she wants to prevent stretch marks forming during this pregnancy and is thinking about ways to remove the older ones on which run from the top of her knee into the thigh.
The result of this visit is a booklet full of stretch mark remedies and skin care products plus general advice, so I will share some of this with you. The most important advice she received was that during pregnancy anything she decided to use should be discussed with her doctor because some creams and lotions made specifically for stretch marks contain ingredients that could be passed to the unborn baby or taint the breast milk.
She was given advice on diet and exercise: Drink loads of water. Sufficient hydration maintains your soft and supple skin, which is less likely to develop stretch marks. Caffeine can add some extra risk. Stretch marks can also be caused by a nutritional deficiency. Ensure you eat foods that support skin health such as fish, nuts, citrus fruits, milk and eggs.
A few quick tips for you, brush the skin on your thighs with a loofah or skin brush whenever you have a shower, use baby oil and massage, use an apricot scrub, use vitamin k cream, massage flaxseed oil several times a day, try an anti-cellulite cream, fresh aloe Vera gel with lemon juice and try out some acne creams.
They were also promoting a new skin care product called Trilastin. This cream guarantees results within sixty days or they give your money back. Trilastin can help give your skin the essential elements needed to help sustain its maximum elasticity to prevent stretch marks, and get rid of existing stretch marks by using the latest technologies of advanced Virtual Patch and Filling Micro-Sphere.
This stretch mark cream is an all-inclusive mix of proteins, peptides, humectants and anti-oxidants, purposely prepared to work in harmony together. The proprietary blend of eleven scientifically researched bioactive components can significantly diminish the length and depth of scared tissue any where on the body including the thigh. It is also helpful in removing the characteristic discoloration associated with the stretch mark.
This stretch mark cream is beneficial for anyone to prevent or to get rid of stretch marks on thigh, arm, abdominal area including during pregnancy. It works also if you want to get rid of bodybuilding stretch marks. No matter how old the scars are and regardless of skin colour, age, or sex this cream should work.

My article today will be about how to get rid of stretch marks in the UK. Not that this is a great concern of mine but we are planning a holiday and that is of concern to me. We are going to Britain, well England to be more precise to the capital London to see the sights and well also, my wife’s cousin. They had a good natter on the phone a couple of weeks a go, which resulted in a letter inviting us to visit. I have never met my wife’s cousin but she was rather insistent and her later even arrived with tips for traveling and instructions on how to find her when we arrive in London.
Silly me I thought this was going to be a chance to get away from my daughters obsession with stretch mark during her pregnancy and a search for a skin care product to remove stretch marks. This is not the case as my daughter has informed me that I will be able to find out what they use in the UK, aided and abetted by my wife as well. This does not go along with my idea of a visit to London.
Me, I want to see all the sites, not be thinking about how to get rid of stretch marks or skin care. Another great interest of mine is to visit Urban Golf, not that I believe there can be any real substitute for a good game of golf out in the fresh air but the concept of a simulator or eight simulators to be exact, offering fifty two of the worlds best golf courses with no need to leave central London, this I have to experienced. My best option here is to do some investigation on the Internet now to find tips or a manual on skin care and stretch mark removal in the UK and then just maybe, my holiday can be free of such topics.
I have discovered that there is very little difference in the method of treatment for stretch marks in the UK than here in America, of course they have Harley Street, but we have some excellent surgeons and clinics of our own. Laser surgery, dermabrasion all pretty similar for skin that has become less elastic and stretched, even creams contain similar ingredients.
I have found an answer for my wife when she next says to me “we will be able to get tips on how to get rid of stretch marks in the UK” I have found a cream called Trilastin, the reviews are quite amazing, you can only buy it on the Internet but it is very popular in the UK as well. It will get rid of stretch marks on thigh, stomach, back, everywhere. On with planning the holiday, I think! Not that we gonna go any time soon but it is never to early to plan things like this.

Hello. Today my beef stroganoff was interrupted with the question does vitamin E get rid of stretch marks? I have probably told you many times before how wonderful my wife’s cooking is and mealtimes are always such a great pleasure for me. However the topics of conversation of late seem to be rather bizarre. If you read my previous article you will know that my meal was interrupted with very similar question about emu oil. I guess the exact wording doesn’t matter, the gist of the question anyway was to do with emu oil.
Our life is being taken over by my wife and daughter’s search for skin products. They even bought me a second hand computer so I can research the subject for them. This gives me a good excuse to look up gardening tips and several other tips that I am interested in when no ones looking as well, perks of the job, so to speak. Well no quite a job, labor of love, comes to mind. Well Tocopherol ( to you and me is more known as Vitamin E) is incorporated into a good number of skin care products, so I see no reason why it would not be beneficial. I know she will ask me to do some research on this for her, so I volunteer first, especially as the promise of a large slice of blueberry bread pudding and probably a reprieve from drying the dishes, once again.
I guess it will not surprise you to know that my wife knows what she’s talking about once again. Firstly Tocopherol is useful as a supplement for skin and to prevent scars from occurring. A it can be used to make scars less visible as well and is not expensive to buy. Many of the specialist formulas, contain elastin, collagen and Tocopherol. If you massage your skin daily before applying any of these skin care products you will increase the flow of blood to that are and this accelerates the healing of the skin.
If you are interested in making your own home remedies, try the following: mix together one teaspoon each of rosehip oil, emu oil, castor oil, jojoba oil and don’t forget the oil we are discussing today (Tocopherol). It’s best to use a small jug and then you can pour the mixture into a small clean bottle. This mixture can then be rubbed into affected area daily. I was also wondering what are people using in other countries. I was especially curious about how people get rid of stretch marks in the UK. You can find out why in my next article.. You can find out why in my next article.
So as you see the answer to my wife’s question “does Vitamin E get rid of stretch marks?” is probably an affirmative.

These weeks topic is to be how to get rid of old stretch marks. Once again, it’s that time of the week when our lounge is taken over by my daughters “exercise during pregnancy club”, I might have mentioned this before but up to this moment, I have seen no one exercising, well apart from their tongues. Most of their conversation revolves around how to keep their skin healthy and smooth.
My wife who although, obviously not pregnant is a regular participant in this group. She and my daughter have a great deal in common, especially older stretch marks and looking for ways to remove them. My contribution to their meeting this week is an article I found in an old copy of the Chicago Tribune. This was in a pile of newspapers in the back of the garage and dates go back about to 2002, and I found a story talking about new way to make old stretch marks less noticeable. Since then they have had me investigate further.
The research used Excimer lasers, previously only used for skin disease and vitiligo and found that it restored the natural pigmentation in the skin. Well to update things somewhat, I have done some research for them on getting rid of stretch marks and the use of the Excimer laser more recently.
My first findings were that the Excimer laser uses a high power ultraviolet light, which makes them extremely useful for surgery and most often it is used for eye surgery, not that this has anything to do with stretch mark removal. At last I have a list of a number of institutes and clinics performing this method to remove even the oldest stretch marks. Mission accomplished as I have handed over this list and can now retreat to the green house to perform a little surgery on some of the leaves of my plants.
Before I go I will talk a little about some of the other successful ways to prevent and remove problems with you skin. There are many over the counter skin care products on the market but although many of these are excellent for making the skin soft and supple, they do not reach the dermis, which is the middle layer of the skin where damage occurs. There are prescription but these contain Retin-A or Tretinoin and must not be used if pregnant or breast-feeding. These are also more beneficial in the removal of freshly damaged tissue and not so effective on the old white scars.
My green house is calling me so I will be back tomorrow to talk further about how to get rid of old stretch marks as my only concern at the moment is how to get rid of mouldy leaves on my plants on my plants and being here won’t help me do the job.

Olives are one of the richest sources of vitamins A, D and E, along with other essential nutrients and have potent antioxidant properties. It is a monounsaturated fat which is known to stave of disease and to preserve youth. Olive oil to get rid of stretch marks is an extremely potent remedy and can be utilized by drinking the oil and massaging into the skin.
When buying it read the labels carefully because the manufacturer will have chosen his carefully and you need to know what you are getting. One hundred percent pure sounds good but often means it is the lowest quality. Look for grades that are labeled “virgin” as these will be much better quality. Refined to me suggests, the essence has been captured, this can be no further from the truth and actually means chemically produced. If a label says, “light” this also means refined. “Hand picked” can indicate a better quality because they have not been left to over ripen. “First cold press” is good and indicates no heat has been used to change the chemistry of the product.
Another fact you may find interesting is that the name it self in Spanish is “aceituna” but in order to distinguish it from engine oil, petroleum, they called it “aceite de oliva”. Perhaps I am straying from the subject here but to those who follow my articles, this will be no surprise.
Back to the point again. It is also a perfect skin care product to use for stretch mark during pregnancy and is a safe source of both omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids. If you apply it to the affected area, it will function as a softening agent. It can be used by itself but is the basis of many excellent products together with Aloe Vera. One such product is Trilastin.
If you want to use olive oil to get rid of stretch marks and would like to make your own home remedy try this: mix half a cup virgin olive oil with quarter a cup Aloe Vera gel. To this add the six Vitamin E capsules and four Vitamin A capsules. Blend in a jug and then pour into a clean jar. Refrigerate and massage into your skin daily. I will talk about one easy and quick way to get rid of stretch marks tomorrow. It will be more like a temporary cover-up but I hear it works.
